1. Pre-launch status

Noel Transfer is currently a pre-launch technology project. The website provides information, indicative calculations and a channel for transfer requests and business enquiries. Submitting a request does not execute a money transfer, reserve an exchange rate, hold customer funds, provide a bank account or process a card payment.

2. Regulated services

Any future regulated payment or money-transfer service will be made available only after the required commercial onboarding and through appropriately authorized payment, banking or remittance partners. Where a partner provides the regulated service, that partner's terms, eligibility rules and compliance requirements will also apply.

3. Quotes and exchange rates

Figures displayed by the estimator are illustrative and may use example margins, provider fees and reference exchange rates. They are not binding offers. A final exchange rate, fee and recipient amount will be disclosed before a live transaction is accepted once the service launches.

4. Customer information

Future customers may be required to provide accurate identity, source-of-funds, beneficiary and transaction-purpose information. Transfers may be declined, delayed or reviewed where required by law, partner policy, sanctions screening, fraud controls or anti-money-laundering procedures.

5. Acceptable use

The service may not be used for unlawful activity, fraud, sanctions evasion, money laundering, terrorist financing, deceptive transactions, or payments involving prohibited goods or services.

6. Availability

Corridors, payment methods, currencies, transaction limits and payout methods may change according to partner coverage, regulation, liquidity and operational availability.
