Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Current status

Noel Transfer is not currently accepting customer payments or executing transfers, so there are no live transactions to cancel or refund at this time.

2. Policy at launch

Before live payments begin, transaction-specific cancellation and refund rules will be published in coordination with the authorized payment/remittance partner. Those rules will identify when a transfer may be cancelled, when a refund is available, applicable fees and expected processing steps.

3. Completed payouts

As a general remittance principle, a transfer that has already been paid to the beneficiary may not be reversible. The final partner rules and applicable law will govern each transaction.

4. Failed or rejected transactions

Where a future transaction fails, is rejected or cannot be paid out, any return of funds will follow the authorized provider's settlement and compliance process. Customers will be shown the applicable terms before paying.

5. Contact

Once the service is live, cancellation or refund requests will be handled through the support channel displayed with the relevant transaction.
