1. Scope

This notice describes how information submitted through the pre-launch Noel Transfer website may be handled. Live payment processing and customer onboarding are not currently active.

2. Information you provide

The transfer-request form may contain the sender's name and phone number, the recipient's name and phone number, the transfer purpose and indicative transfer amounts. Do not submit identity documents, card data, banking credentials or sensitive financial information through this public form.

3. WhatsApp and email

When you choose to send a request through WhatsApp, the website prepares a message and opens WhatsApp for your review. The request is sent only after you confirm it in WhatsApp. WhatsApp and its provider may process the message under their own terms and privacy policy. Business email enquiries are handled by the email providers used by the sender and Noel Transfer.

4. Why information is used

Request information is used to review transfer interest, contact the sender, confirm eligibility and indicative details, respond to business enquiries, improve the project and prepare for service launch.

5. Future payment data

If the service launches, identity and transaction information required for KYC, AML, sanctions screening and payment execution may be processed by authorized partners under their own legal obligations and privacy notices. The live service will provide updated privacy information before collecting such data.

6. Data minimization

The project intends to collect only information reasonably necessary for the stated purpose and to use secure partner infrastructure for regulated payment data rather than requesting sensitive credentials through ordinary web forms.
